The special software on the iLiad that allows you to read Mobipocket books offers some convenience that you will not be able to find in traditional books. You will, for example, be able to change the font size, so you can read more comfortably. Some publishers put hyperlinks in their books so you can easily navigate without having to go through all the pages. On the iLiad you can directly go to the right page by simple clicking these links. You can also quickly return to the location within the book where you clicked the hyperlink, or go to the index of the book.

The free Mobipocket Desktop Reader software* that is available from the Mobipocket website allows you to easily download and manage your books. It contains a library that gives you an overview of all your books and with the press of a button you can transfer them to your iLiad. Through the built-in shop interface you browse the online bookstores from Mobipocket and its resellers. You can now have access to any available book from your home!

Nowadays there are a lot of classic titles available on the Internet which you can download for free. The PDF format ensures you that the book or document is always displayed in the way it was intended to by the publisher or author. Especially for educational books or scientific publications this can be very convenient. You will even be able to annotate the PDF documents that are on your iLiad and with the PC Companion Software you can quickly transform your own documents to PDF so you can take them along.
